This is my fifth attempt at my first response to the stunning election win by Donald Trump here in America. I have been feeling my way carefully on this since election night ahead of giving a report to those of you who look to this ministry for perspective on such.
This may be my only response, or it may mature with follow up response(s) as I receive more over coming days. But I feel I am to give what I have now, and go from there.
First, by way of concession, my own prophetic expectations regarding this election were not met. Not that I had a “word” on what would actually happen. I did not. In 2004 I began to have premonitions of Hillary becoming president, but not a certain “word” to that effect. She still has not been elected. (I had a similar premonition in 1987 of no-name Bill Clinton having presidential possibility, but again, not a “word.” He was elected. )
Nevertheless, from my perspective, I did not think Trump was selected by the Lord to actually win this election. The main reasons were:
1. I do not believe culture prophets anymore. (The Lord’s word to me remains sure: Don’t believe a word of it). If I smell a vain earthly glorifying spirit behind what is being prophesied, I will not believe it. Nor should anyone. Not that the original 2015 Cyrus word by Jeremiah Johnson was a culture prophecy. I don’t think it was. And that word really was fulfilled without Trump ever needing to become president. But the 2011 Mark Taylor prophecy proclaiming America’s restored greatness through Trump’s election to come is a mega culture prophecy, even if it finally proves technically accurate in having foretold Trump’s win.
Culture prophets have a poor track record. If they hit, they say they are validated. If they miss, it goes away as if never spoken. Nothing is vetted when it fails. (Taylor’s word was originally decreed specifically for 2012, but didn’t happen, after which he says God changed His mind because the church wasn’t ready.)
Nevertheless, on this one, they appear to have a “win.” And now, in the spirit of the “conservative” talk radio political prognosticators, prophets like Taylor, Wallnau and Kim Clement are positioned to say that they were “right,” have been vindicated, and that their worldly vision attached to restoring America’s greatness is thus proven to be of the Lord.
2. I did not believe God’s best purpose for the church would be served by a Trump victory, so didn’t believe it was His intent for this to happen, even though I did believe God used Trump to decimate the feckless Republican Party.
God’s will is to sanctify His church’s identity ahead of His return. Here in America, He has been in process of unwinding that identity away from American prosperity by allowing America to “head south” economically, morally and politically.
A Clinton win (much as I would have despised it) would have continued that trend. And it would have brought the church further to its knees in seeking the Lord alone for her true identity and deliverance in Him alone, not to exalting a nation anymore or yet one more human “savior.”
3. The adamant overseas word from Storm Harvest that Hillary was to win was confirmatory to me of all the rest. We are awaiting word from Mario Liu and Robert Holmes regarding the apparent failure of their word.
(I should note that Trump’s win was by only a hairs breadth in the critically decisive states giving him the electoral edge only, not a “clean sweep” landslide in the popular vote. Clinton still won the national popular vote, which gives some technical credence to those who predicted a Clinton victory.)
I have felt an inward grief over Trump’s victory as a result of all this. Again, I am not grieved because Trump was elected per se (though I felt there were many far more honorable and virtuous candidates God could have selected). I am grieved because of the implications now for the church to pick up where it left off before its defeat by Obama in 2008, believing America to be the center of God’s universe, and putting their trust in another lost man as their savior just as much as the world put their trust in Obama for “change.”
As I have pondered this deeply in prayer as well as consulted with a couple other trusted prophetic friends, the one follow up sense that each has shared is that “this is not over yet.” There is more to what the Lord is doing that has yet to be revealed and that will ultimately vindicate His supremacy and His name, not America’s supremacy and the name of Donald Trump as proclaimed in the culture prophecies.
What that “something more” is however remains a complete mystery. I could only offer conjecture at this point. So it remains simply to wait and watch the Lord unfold what He is going to do. He has held the American church in great suspense, and it appears He will continue to do so.
This much I will declare yet once more with certainty: The Lord will not share His glory with America nor with a man, and certainly not with a man of Donald Trump’s historic character. (A man is still to be evaluated by the fruit of his lips{Mt. 12:33-37}. However, for an intriguing look at the possible other side of the heart of Trump from what appear to be objective unbiased sources, please see this blog.)
However technically accurate the culture prophets might have been in prophesying Trump’s ascendancy, it does not vindicate the false gospel-less, cross-less values on which their predictions are made; nor therefore do the alleged accompanying “signs” used to support their prophesies vindicate them. (There are such things as lying signs and wonders. Any “sign” in support of any prophecy that contradicts the culture-denying message of the gospel may be taken as a lying sign.)Therefore we will wait and see what is to unfold and what the Lord’s true mind is in having elected Trump to the presidency, assuming Trump fully makes it to the inauguration. (Anything can still happen.)
If in the end Trump is inaugurated and somehow becomes a tool for liberating the church from its worship of America as well as from its grinding burdens under a wicked culture, then I will fully rejoice in this election, and consider the Trump prophecies to be genuine prophecies in spite of the bogus accoutrements added by their present messengers. Stranger things have happened. Saul’s conversion to Paul is one of them. (Again, anything can still happen.)
But until the true signs of a movement that take the church out of its love for and trust in this society appear, I will only stand by and watch what unfolds, and will not give fundamental credence to the spiritual trueness of the Taylor word and similar prophecies. May you not do so as well.
One way or other, God will have a pure church in this land devoted only to the Name of His Son.
Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus, and make known the supremacy of Your Name alone.

The focus of the Lord's heart in these end times is the Lord's glory and the Lord Himself, not America. The intent of His heart is also to separate out a people to Himself known by no other name but His. America is but a piece of worldly sand in His eyes as are all the nations. The purpose of the Lord through contentious end times issues like this is to sift and prove whether our love and allegiance is to Him, or to a nation, a man, a party, a military. Who are we looking at and who do we glorify. That sifting is going on in blogs all over the world like this one. For every idle word will each give account. And for that cause as many as He loves He rebukes through the prophets. If we love Him alone, we are His Bride. If we love America and its culture, we are harlots, not disciples. And if we can't handle godly rebuke, we are not his sons. Patriotism blinds to the will of God and crucifies true saviors. May we answer the true separating call that has been issued us in hope of escape and of the translation. Only those praying to be found worthy to escape will escape.

Like you, and so many others, I was amazed at the the election result. I was convinced that the "Elite" wanted Hillary to be the next President of the USA.
However, on 4 November, a friend in NSW (the State in Australia immediately to the south of us here in QLD) heard the following words from the Lord:
"JEZEBEL HAS BEEN FED TO THE DOGS."
She immediately thought of Hillary! And she replied "But she is not in power yet!"

I've not heard the link you sent yet, but did awake OFTEN through the night praying for Trump's life! Thinking how all of us are prone to fill in the blanks when we hear a prophecy. The ones perpetuating the riots and media are sinister forces we know, such deep darkness. Did the ''culture prophets'' see THIS coming???? I don't think so.
Though I was glad he won and had felt he was the Lord's choice...I was uneasy regarding the fallout, the rage it would bring...the anarchy I see in the streets. Many things happening on different fronts at the same time....we will see. I did want to tell you, though, that your concerns with Mark Taylor prompted me to listen to more of his commentary on different venues available on the internet. After listening to him at much more length than the single Rick Wiles interview, I have had to rethink my position on him. It is not even as much the content of what he is sharing (some of it I agree with, some of it I don’t), but I am uncomfortable with what almost seems to be an entrepreneurial spirit that he brings to these words. I am surmising that he is probably “unseasoned” in the prophetic realm. My sense is that he has probably heard something from the Lord, ran with his own carnal understanding of what this meant, shared it with some people, suddenly got a big stage (relatively speaking) and is now garnering attention on the talk show circuit. How many times have we seen this happen before. I would only pray that he does not become another “professional prophet.”
Thank you, brother, for your corrective word here even though you didn’t even know you were issuing a corrective word! (I’ve learned that this is how the Lord often works. I am recalling another time that a brother made a casual comment to me that started me on a process of repentance that required a major shift in my understanding of God.) How gracious and faithful is our Lord.

I believe this is a wake up call for the church and this may well be her last opportunity to be salt and light that she hasn't been! Salt preserves and causes others to be thirsty and light exposes all things.
During this election process, I've been praying that God would continue to expose all the corruption in the church, as well as the government, thank you Wiki Leaks! I had no intention of voting, as far as I was concerned, neither candidate was worthy of my vote and before Ted Cruz fell by the wayside he was my choice.
Then it came down to the choice of the lesser of two evils, so I decided to make this about me and sit this election out. Then the Lord spoke to me and told me who to vote for and in obedience I said yes. I'm learning not to question Him and just submit to His will, regardless if it makes sense or not.
He confirmed to me that same day and then a couple of days later, after I obeyed His voice. It wasn't until about ten days before the election, that the Holy Spirit really started to reveal His intent for the next President of the United States and what He told me, not only opened my eyes to the truth, but humbled me as well!
When we make this election about a personality, a party, or tradition we make it about us and not Him and His Kingdom! I had to repent because my choice was Ted Cruz and I didn't even consider the Lord's choice. He corrected me and said that " we as a church need to stop looking at the outward and start discerning by the Spirit, for too long we've been judging by what appears to be My will and it isn't, stop judging after the flesh! This election and My choice, will be an object lesson of My Spirit to the church."
Samuel almost missed God when he went to anoint David as the next king, he too was looking outwardly and David wasn't even present! The Lord called David a man after His own heart, knowing that David had adultery and murder in him! When we think that we have a better choice than the Lord, we better think again.
Even in the lineage of Jesus we can see a line of imperfections, Ruth was a Moabite from the seed of Lot ( incest ) and Rahab was a harlot. The point is this, God loves to bring perfection out of imperfection, He chose us didn't He? He's all about redemption, He really is a good good Father!
We have this image of who we think would make a great candidate, as he or she fits our criteria, they should be a christian, have morals, fear God and of course they better be pro-life! Great choice sounds like a winner to me,
except one thing, is this God's choice? if it isn't, this is nothing more than idolatry! Our image in place of His will!
Four million evangelical christians refused to vote in the last election, because Romney was a Mormon. What if God wanted to use him instead of BO? We may never know, as a result we got four more years of executive orders!
My point is this, we need to seek the council of the Spirit over our assumptions! If He's really Lord, then we need to submit to Him, in all things.Then He told me “I choose the foolish things to confound the wise and wouldn't it be just like Me to choose Donald Trump? Is this man whom I've chosen, foolish in the eyes of My church? He certainly is in the eyes
of the world!" As the election drew closer, everyone came against him, including the Corrupt News Network and all the polls were in favor of Hellary and no one gave Trump a chance, but GOD!
Every time I saw the polls, the Lord kept saying to me over and over "Brexit!" I watched and even heard how this man against all odds, kept drawing people to his events by the thousands and God told me to pray for him, because not only were the Demoncrats freaking out, so too were the hosts of darkness!
As I prayed, I kept crying out for God's mercy, although we deserve His judgement. On election day, I prayed and had a sense of hope in my heart and as the day went on, my hope changed to confidence and assurance.
The Lord said “Before this day is over I'm going to make a statement to this nation!" Even my son and daughter in- law were nervous, but I kept telling them that God was going to make Himself heard on this historical night!Church He's sounding the alarm with the TrumPence and it's time to wake up and be the salt and light that He's called us to be! This election was all about righteousness, as every election should be! The King has made His choice and He's spoken loud and clear that He's on the throne and rules over the affairs of men! We need to awaken to the sound of His Spirit and stop playing church and start being the church!
He told me that He will continue to make a statement over this nation and no one better touch His anointed! This nation will be transformed before our eyes, for He's given this next administration much favor and we need to pray for their protection, because the enemy is furious and even before Trump takes office, he wants to take him out!
We must remember that our King, is sovereign over all the earth, the heavens can't contain Him and we are mere grasshoppers in His sight! No one saw this move coming, not even me and God proved to all of His creation, that He has the last word, and He answers to no one! He shut the mouths of all the naysayers and shocked the whole world in the process! He is God, Praise His Holy name!As we approach these last days, we would do well to "judge a righteous judgment" and "discern after the spirit and not the flesh." For we as the church of God, must continue to walk in discernment, hearing and heeding the Father's voice, submitting to His will without question, because our lives will depend upon it! I know that I've learned a valuable lesson in all of this, and was humbled in the process. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to His church in this hour.

Emails do not express delivery very well. Depending on what mood or experience one has with oneself or with another, it will color in unintended emotions. I know you all are well aware of this. If this sounds like a rebuke to you, I guess it is. It is meant as an exhortation!
The point of this response seems very clear to me, but I am a bit biased. It is for everybody--the circle, the church, you, me, and anyone that claims to abide in the family of Christ. I really find it frustrating (and I believe that I share the Father's heart as well as many others in this part of the journey) that so many spend so much time discussing politics and how it affects the "church", when so much of what has happened was already scripted out a long time ago. (I speak of both sides here--spirtually and earthly; Father's will and the enemy's shadow government and hidden plans). At least to me, it's a mass distraction keeping us from focusing in on the real issue of preparing for what Father is doing right now! As for me and my house, we are focusing in on the maturing of the sons and daughters of the Most High.

As some may know, and many don't because they refuse to listen to the Spirit (...yes, I said "refuse"!), the modern "church" has been weighed and found in unbelief--and therefore under judgment. Sounds harsh, doesn't it! But that is the crux of the matter and all else is a huge distraction, keeping the sons and daughters of the MOST HIGH from sitting and listening--and thus not being able to discern and sound forth that clarion call for the sleeping ones to awake from their drunken stupor of false beliefs!
Please turn off the TV. Stop reading articles from the "agenda trolls" and responding in like manner--"in the flesh!" LISTEN to the Father. This well scripted election cycle is going [and has gone] just the way it was already planned out to be.
WAKE UP! Sons and daughter of El Elyon arise! If you can hear this call: stand at attention; repent; set aside your agendas and be ready to carry out the Father's will of establishing HIS Kingdom.

I do pray that all are ready. My wife and I are truly amazed and flabbergasted at people who claim to hear from Father and talk about the establishing the Kingdom, but yet can't seem to discern a simple statement from the Spirit without twisting it and stuffing it into a preconceived bias and false belief system.
Trump is NOT who he is being portrayed as. Let the New Zealand 7.8 earthquake and tsunami be a prophetic wake up call as to what is coming to "Christ's Church! The church as a whore, is still looking for an earthly King--and not unto the King of Kings! What is coming will shake everything to its basic core! As was said earlier, time is short--so go to the prayer closet, repair and prepare! Do not look to any man, system, or "for profit prophet" to tell you what Father wants. Listen to Him yourself and don't try and analyze it from a biased "political" perspective. This is the most frightening thing for the enemy-- to know that Father's virgin sons and daughters (ones that aren't influenced by man made systems and the enemy's subtle traps) are awake and listening for the Father's will!

I find the posts that have been shared most interesting. What I have found interesting is that no one seems to have a "full understanding". I think that is awesome as we need the larger Body to discern present truth and understand it in light of the scriptures/Logos. It sounds kind of judgemental to say some parts of each of the posts seem to fit together with parts of the other to form a fuller picture of what God is saying. Yet that is what seems to be the case. Whether some of what is said is our personal response to something we saw or heard, I honestly don't know. I am learning that I know less and less about some of the dreams I have had and have never had a vision.
After reading most of the links and attachments in the last response posts I began to realize that a recent dream I had appears to have another level of meaning than I had initially understood. And still I admit I am not sure what it might fully means. This is the dream. I was standing in the backyard of a house, and it had a fence around it and was in a neighborhood in which all the houses had similar fences and I could see backyard after backyard as I looked out over the landscape from the back steps.
As I stood there I saw a plane coming towards us. I became concerned because it was so low, so low I could see the faces of people in the plane. It was a very deep rich color green. As it passed in front of us I became concerned because I knew it was going to crash in the neighborhood where lots of people lived. Without a second thought I found myself commanding it leave the neighborhood where people could be hurt. I don't know if I told it to go to the nearby football field or not. But the next thing I knew I was seeing the plane crash on a green football field. There people in the stands on both sides of the field who didn't know what to do when the plane crashed. No one was on the field however so no one on the ground was injured when the plane crashed. Suddenly men in white and red coats appeared to help rescue the people that were in the crashed plane.
I have shared this dream with a few and always mentioned that the "plane" was only a fuselage. Until I read the links and articles in the recent responses to Chris' article, I hadn't even considered the meaning of the plane only having a fuselage. I knew that the plane itself had a personal reference for me...a specific "congregation"...and I sensed that it was going to crash. And there was more understanding the Lord has given me as I have been put in a position to watch a congregation sort of from the back steps like in the dream. There was also someone standing beside me which I assumed was Holy Spirit.
Today, however after reading these posts, I was stirred about the fuselage. Why did the "church" was only a fuselage of a plane? And I looked up fuselage and one of the first thing that was quickened to me was that a fuselage has no fuel supply in it. The fuel supply is in the wings. Secondly the plane in the dream had no tail. And with no tail, there is no mechanism to keep the plane stable. Suddenly I understood something. The plane in my dream had no wings and no tail....leadership had clipped the congregations wings and prohibited any tail....so it had no fuel and no ability to stay stablein the air. It couldn't stay in the air, couldn't even glide because it would need wings to glide.
Those in the red and white suits that helped rescue those hurt when the plane wrecked, I always knew that they were from the "remnant" that never got on the plane. Sometimes I have felt badly because I am "never included" in congregations. I tend to be standing on the back steps looking at what is going on more often than not.. In this dream however, I realized that where I am is a part of a plan and a purpose whether I realize it or not When and if it comes time to prophesy or whatever someone wants to call it, it will come very naturally if I am "in the right place in Christ."
I believe this dream has something to say about the larger body of Christ. It has clipped the wings of its people through the way leadership operates and its refusal to submit to the power of the Spirit which is the fuel that sustains the Body of Christ. Likewise, if the feathers on the tail have been clipped like the wings it will not be stable and will not be able to stand through the pitch, yaw and roll of life especially the coming chaos that in ahead for this nation, that most likely will see the church lose its tax free status among other things.
One of the things I am much aware of is that many of the leaders of the present day church are godly men who preach a biblical word and care about the foundational truths of Christianity. I so appreciate the pastor of the congregation where I attend and which, in part, the plane represented. But the moving of the Spirit of God and recognition of Him as a Person among us has been "clipped". The congregation has been growing and multiplying and are involved in many good works in which they are able to share the Gospel and show forth more of the Father's love in Christ Jesus. But the fuel is missing. For the most part they are doing great 'works for the Lord" but that will not keep the congregation flying...what they think is flying now is probably an occasional trip on a hot air balloon....which is rather exciting, no doubt, if one has nothing to compare it with. It can't fly in the storm that is ahead.
Some may asked, but Meri, you are there, can't you do something?
I asked the Lord again about that today. And as He has shown me again just recently, my job is just to "be there." God is the one doing something. And it has been a great joy to just stay in rest in Him and watch him do something. And sometimes I am aware that He does something in the situations that I find myself in far beyond any intent on my part. And once again I realize, I'm not there all by myself. God has "7000" other faithful saints and they too are all paying attention to what God is doing, each from their own "perspective" of what God is by His Spirit doing in them. There are many members of this Body, and one isn't more important than the other though some are seen more than others. Each of those who share on this list are seeing from the calling they have and the "perspective" of whatever part of the Body they are. The arm doesn't see like the leg, and the leg doesn't function or see like a kidney or an ear. But together we are part of His Body and have a better understanding/revelation of what He is doing in and through us.

I believe that if there is ever a time that we need the Body it is now. Meri I concur with you : .......no one seems to have a "full understanding". I think that is awesome as we need the larger Body to discern present truth and understand it in light of the scriptures/Logos.
And yes, I have that same sense to 'just be there' as the Father is the One doing His thing.
The Father told me several years ago that He is preparing his people and that I should not go searching as He is the only One who knows hearts and who knows who are His and He Himself will draw them together.
O Lord do your work of bringing your Body in the nations together.
